Hands-off

Hands off — it works inside what you pick

Switch on the parts of your business IceKid may run, and choose how free it is in each. It keeps working while you do something else. Anything that needs your yes comes to you as a decision, by app, email, text message or call.

How it works

Four steps, all yours to set

1

Pick what it may run

Flip the Hands-off switch on a board, or tick single items. It works only there — nothing else is touched.

2

Set how free it is

Each item is On its own, You approve or Asks first. You can change it with one click, even while it runs.

3

Give it a goal (optional)

A goal gives it a reason and a number — "20 new leads this month" — and an agent who owns it.

4

The Secretary asks

Anything that needs your yes reaches you in the app, by email, by text message or by call. You answer from wherever you are.

On its own

Does everything there, except what the safety rules hold back.

You approve

Prepares freely — contacts, drafts, documents — and asks before anything goes out: sending, publishing, paying or deleting. This is where every item starts.

Asks first

Asks before any change at all. Looking things up and reading never needs asking.

Safety rules

Three things that always ask

Whatever you set, these come to you as a decision first.

Spending above your limit

You set one limit. Agents don’t get budgets of their own.

Someone new

A call, text or email to someone it hasn’t been in touch with before.

Launching a campaign

Including starting an always-on autopilot.

What Hands-off never does

  • Work on anything you didn’t switch on
  • Skip a safety rule
  • Send, publish, pay or delete on You approve or Asks first without your yes
  • Make up a goal number — if it can’t be counted yet, it says so
  • Report something as done while it is still waiting for you
The Secretary

Decisions come to you, your way

You pick the channels. Everyday drafts are bundled into the app and one email every few hours. Normal questions come by email and text, and urgent ones by call. Answer by replying to the text, tapping the link in the email, saying yes on the call or in the app. When you say yes, only the exact action you approved runs.

In the app Email Text message Call
  • No calls or texts in your quiet hours.
  • No answer in two hours? She tries one more channel. After 24 hours it counts as no.
  • Answering works even at 0 sparks.

A step each morning, a review each Friday

The morning step

Each goal has an owner agent, picked for its role — you can change it. While Hands-off is on, the owner of every goal that isn’t ahead takes one step toward it each morning, only inside the items you switched on.

The Friday review

Every Friday the Secretary sends each agent’s week: goals and progress, what was made, and what is waiting for you. In the app and by email, and by text or call only if you turned those on. Nothing to report means nothing is sent.

FAQ

Hands-off — common questions

  • What does Hands-off actually do?

It lets IceKid keep working for you while you do something else, but only inside the board items you switch on. For each item you choose On its own, You approve or Asks first, and anything that needs your yes comes to you as a decision.

  • What is the difference between On its own, You approve and Asks first?

On its own does everything there except what the safety rules hold back. You approve prepares freely — contacts, drafts, documents — and asks before anything goes out: sending, publishing, paying or deleting. Asks first asks before any change at all.

  • Can it spend money or contact people without me?

Three safety rules always ask, whatever you chose: spending above your limit, a call, text or email to someone new, and launching a campaign. Agents do not get budgets of their own.

  • How does it reach me?

The Secretary brings each decision by the channels you pick — in the app, by email, by text message or by call — and never calls or texts in your quiet hours. You answer by replying to the text, tapping the link in the email, saying yes on the call or in the app. A question with no answer after 24 hours counts as no.

  • Do I need to set goals?

No. Goals are optional. A goal gives Hands-off a reason and a number, such as 20 new leads this month, and an owner agent who takes one step toward it every morning. Progress is counted from your real records, and a number that cannot be counted yet says so instead of guessing.

  • How do I see what it did?

Every step lands on the timeline with the agent, the goal and a one-line reason. Every Friday the Secretary sends each agent’s week — goals, what was made, what is waiting for you — in the app and by email, and by text or call only if you turned those on.

  • What if I run out of sparks?

Answering a decision works even at 0 sparks, so nothing waiting for you gets stuck. Stop ends Hands-off at once, and your picks are saved for next time.

Turn "I wish"
into "I did."

Everyone has ambitions worth pursuing. Every day, people stop wishing and start doing — turning the goals they used to postpone into things that are real, finished, and theirs. The only thing left is to begin yours.

Free to start — no card. Your first win could be today.
